Theophilous was my grandfather, a tailor who I never met and I have always wondered what genes I inherited from him - I can sew and I do sit cross legged tailorwise on the floor from time to time.... Duff comes from my partner's family - proud Scottish ancestry via NZ.
My brothers and I decided to create a global family company to honour Theo that is linked only in name so Theophilous Lane, Theophilous Frank ....
What do I do....I facilitate conversations which result in positive do-able solutions... conversations that engage stakeholders and cross boundaries, getting people out of silos and tunnels so ....
